All India Film Body Bans Singer Mika Singh After Performance In Karachi
Bollywood singer Mika Singh has been banned by the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) after he performed in Karachi.
According to media report, All India Cine Workers Association has said that it will not allow anyone in the industry to work with the singer as he is being banned.
The organization feels that Mika Singh did not care much about the country’s pride when he decided to perform in Karachi for a wedding which was for Pervez Musharraf’s relative.
Mika Singh apparently charged USD 150,000 (Rs 1.06 crore) for his performance.
Some fans took to twitter to express their feelings. One user wrote, When Bollywood gets banned, Pakistanis get singers flown down to sing bollywood songs for them.
Mika Singh along with his 14 member’s crew was given visa for 30 days for three cities of Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, according to Pakistan media.
